Knock your socks off with this Spicy Pepperoni Kabana Pizza! Layers of spicy goodness!

  • Ingredients

    • Olive oil – 1tbsp
    • Red onions (finely sliced) – 2
    • Pizza sauce – 4tbsp
    • Pre-made pizza base (240g) – 2
    • Götzinger Pepperoni Kabana (2cm slices) – 1 sausage (200g)
    • Mozzarella ball – 200g
    • Pickled jalapeños – as many as you prefer
    • Dried oregano – 2tsp.

  • Instructions

    • Set the oven to 200°
    • Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the onions and cook on low – medium heat until soft and translucent.
    • Spread 2 tbsp of pizza sauce on each pizza base.
    • Halve the onions and spread them across the two pizza bases.
    • Place the kabana pieces on both pizzas, along with torn bits of mozzarella and jalapeños.
    • Sprinkle the oregano over the pizza and then bake for 20 minutes or until the toppings start to go golden.
    • Slice and enjoy!
